Found this posted over at Thinkamababy and I found the video a bit troubling. Not the idea of nasal irrigation per se, but rather the expressions and slack jaw of many of the participants. If I didn’t know better I’d think the process lulled one into a stupor of sorts.
Apparently the implement used is called a Neti Pot and has been around for a while, however this is new to me so I’d be curious a) whether anyone out there has used a neti pot or NasoPure specifically and b) whether its as easy as it seems in the video below?
I use Nasopure daily and found many more videos of younger children doing the technique flawlessly. Check ‘em out for yourself. It really does work, but takes a few days to get used to. I got it down on my first try but it took my girlfriend several weeks. Now we both use it daily.

My kids use Nasopure daily. It has helped them with their allergies and asthma. It is extremely easy to use and they ask to use it when their noses are stuffy after soccer or playing outside. If you have kids this is the best invention in a long time.
Wow, I had no idea. Ok, you’ve piqued my curiosity enough that I think I’ll have to give it a try myself.
